This exquisitely handcrafted fish filet knife is for dedicated fishermen and chefs. It's even for those of us who are only C+ in the kitchen. . .The steel blade is lovingly forged by local artisan Fred Carpenter in his Cape Cod studio. Fred picks exotic wood from  around the world for his designs and forms the handle into the perfect grip. The blade has a tiny stamped emblem of the Cape Cod peninsula.
